Bidding or acting as an agent in this auction constitutes a Legal contract with the West Texas Rehabilitation Center .
Terms & Conditions of Participation
1. All bidders must register before bidding. Registration is free.
2. Bids must be raised by minimum bidding increments of $10, unless otherwise stated.
3. All items are sold as is where is with no guarantee unless otherwise stated in the item description. The West Texas Rehabilitation Center has all final rights to resolve any bidding disputes.
4. When you bid you have entered in to a legal contract with The West Texas Rehabilitation Center. All winners will be notified.
5. The West Texas Rehabilitation Center reserves the right to set minimum bids and to withdraw an item at any time for any reason.
6. The West Texas Rehabilitation Center reserves the right to postpone, delay, interrupt, or cancel this auction for any reason.
7. The West Texas Rehabilitation Center reserves the right to remove or suspend bidders at any time for any reason.
8. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and must be able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Minors that would like to bid must use an agent that is over 18 such as a parent or guardian.
9. Each item meeting or exceeding the minimum bid or reserve price, if applicable, will be sold to the highest bidder at the closing time of the auction.
Payment Terms
1. Winning bidders will be notified of the total purchase cost by telephone or e-mail within 36 hrs of the closing of the auction.
2. Payment is due prior to shipping or delivery of the items won. Any default or tardiness of payment may result in the item being offered for sale to the next highest bidder.
3. Payments may be made by Discover, MasterCard, Visa, check, or money order payable to the West Texas Rehabilitation Center.
4. There will be a $30 handling fee for any returned check.
5. Shipping and handling fees will be charged at the carrier's standard rates unless otherwise stated in the item description.
6.Items Won will be available for delivery from the Abilene Civic Center on Monday following the close of the auction. Items can be moved to San Angelo and be available starting Wednesday following the close of the auction if requested by the buyer. Any items that need to be shipped will be arranged with the buyer at the time of notification.

1. Users agree to indemnify and hold the West Texas Rehabilitation Center, Web Hosting Company and Agents of Web Hosting Company harmless with regard to loss or damage experienced through their use of this system.
2. The West Texas Rehabilitation Center reserves the right to refuse access tot his system to anyone at any time.
3. Shell bidding is prohibited.
4. All Registration Information is kept confidential
5. The West Texas Rehabilitation Center, Web Hosting Company and Agents of Web Hosting Company will attempt to, but does not guarantee that it will, prevent Inappropriate use of the system and is not responsible for damage or loss caused by errors in the system or the Internet.
