Welcome to the West Texas Rehabilitation Center's annual Telethon Auction - Rehab 2010.

All items in this auction have been donated by friends of WTRC - your neighbors and the businesses serving your community. Registered users may bid on these items. To register, you must provide your name, an address, and your email address. You must be 18 years or older.

How are winning bidders notified?
All winners will be called Sunday afternoon, January 17, 2010. If no contact is made, attempts will continue during the week of January 19th. If no contact can be made within 10 days, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
When and where can I pick up my item?
Items will be available to be picked up on Monday, January 18, 2010 from 9:00AM - 5:00PM at the Abilene Civic Center. For those people living in the San Angelo vicinity and requesting that their items be delivered to San Angelo, they can be picked up starting Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at WTRC in San Angelo.
Can items be shipped?
Small items such as quilts and afghans can be mailed or sent UPS after full payment has been received. Please discuss this with the operator notifying you of your winning bid.
What forms of payment do you accept?
WTRC will accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa. or Discover.
How could I be outbid by someone several days ago?
Bidders using the MAX BID function have their bids recorded at the date and time they were originally made.
How do tie bids occur and how are tie bids resolved?
Tie bids can occur when a bidder uses the Max Bid option. The computer will raise that person's bid up to his or her maximum, if necessary, based upon other person's bids. It is possible for tie bids to occur in this situation. The bid with the earliest date and time stamp is the winning bid.
Why do some people have bids less than the minimum raise?
Typically, those bids come from people placing max bids earlier in the auction before the minimum raise amount had changed as a result of other bids.
Why do some items have a reserved price and how can I find out what that price is?
Reserve prices are determined by the item supplier and that price is held until bidding reaches it. If the bidding meets the reserve, the item is sold to the highest bidder. If the item does not reach the reserve, it is not sold and the REHAB gets a guaranteed amount from the supplier. The reserve price is not disclosed.
